Ken K. Stoltenberg, Director
Ken has been active in the commercial real estate industry for almost twenty five years. Before starting Mercury Advisors he was employed by the Leo Eisenberg Company based in Kansas City, Missouri and a European Investment firm based in Tampa, Florida. His experiences with Leo Eisenberg Company included property management; small and big box leasing, supermarket expansion and retail development for one of the nation’s most prominent shopping center developers. Ken served as of the end of 1998 as an asset manager for a European Investment firm, a post he held for over four years. In that capacity he successfully administered the sale of US$ 125 million of commercial real estate holdings, as well as supervising leasing and management duties for a varied portfolio of retail, office, flex industrial space and multi-family properties.
Combining his experience in the development field and the operational field, Ken has been instrumental in the start up and creative process of multi-family developments and redevelopments. For the last years Ken has been working on urban mixed-use projects.
Frank H. Bombeeck, Director
Frank has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years. Before starting Mercury Advisors he was employed by a European Investment firm and based in The Hague, The Netherlands and Tampa Florida. As a native of The Netherlands, he began his career in 1993 as asset manager in The Hague, and relocated to Tampa in 1997 to become asset manager / director of investor relations. At the end of 2000, Frank became the CFO for the holding company of the European Investment firm. In that capacity, he became member of the board and received approval from the Dutch Central Bank to hold this position and was responsible for all financial operations in Germany, The Netherlands and the U.S.A.
In his over twenty year career Frank has held increasingly responsible positions in accounting, asset management, reporting and communication to shareholders / investors and banks, leading to his involvement in the acquisition, management and disposition process of multi million portfolio's including existing and to-be- developed retail, office, condominium and multi-family apartment complexes.Frank earned his Masters in Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He also obtained the title of Chartered Accountant in The Netherlands (RA) and is currently a member of the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA).
